Forwards the request immediately to the passed function's URL call.
The
framework will stop processing the request on the current page and immediately
forward the request to the passed function's URL call.
This method behaves
exactly as setForwardURL(String,byte,String,HashMap,boolean,String,byte) but
forwards the request immediately instead of first completing the request on the
current page.
