How to Replace the Oracle Logo with Your Own in E-Business Suite

Step 1)  Upload Your Logo to the Application Server

Log in to the application server and use the FTP browser to upload an image file of your logo to the $OA_MEDIA directory. Set the file’s permissions to being accessible from your Oracle

All the images are available in the OA_MEDIA

Navigate to OA_MEDIA

Login via Putty with your details

cd $OA_MEDIA

pwd

/ebs/apps/applmgr/<host_name>/fs1/EBSapps/comn/java/classes/oracle/apps/media

go to above path move your New image by using putty or WINSCP.

Step 2)  Access the System’s Profile Values

Log in to E-Business Suite and navigate to the System Profile Values window (Navigator / System Administrator / Profile / System).

Step 3)Query the Global Branding Image
Query the global logo by inputting “Corporate Branding Image for Oracle Apps” in the Profile Option Name text box.

Step 4) Make Your Logo the Global Branding Image
Using the name of the file you uploaded to the $OA_MEDIA directory in step one, input your logo as the value in the Site text box.

Step 5) Log Out
Log out from E-Business Suite. Log back in and open a new browser window. You will see your logo in place of the previous Oracle logo.
