Creating a Application User(Oracle EBS 11i & R12)

1)Open the internet Explorer connect to Oracle Applications
2)Enter the         User Name  :OPERATIONS
    Password   :WELCOME
3)Select the Responsibility called 'System Administrator'
4)Open the User form.
 Security => User =>Define

5)Enter User Name and Password attach the Responsibilities whatever we required
for ex System Administrator
   Application Developer

6)Exit from the Appication
 File => Exit Oracle Applications

7)Connect to Oracle apps enter new user name password system will shows the message
like  'Password Has Expired'
 
8)Enter the New Password Press Ok Button
