How to generate the xml report without rdf?

By Using XML Data template.

Step 1) Create XML File and save it as in .XML File.
Step 2) Create Concurrent Program and Add Executable as "XDODTEXE" and Add your parameters.
Step 3) Add Concurrent Program to Related responsibility Request Group.
Step 4) Create Data Definition and Give your Concurrent program name and Attach XML Data File.
Step 5) Create template and Give your Data definition name and Attach Your RTF.
Step 7) Run the report and see the Output.
